Crème de cassis and Kirschwasser cherry brandy shaken and strained over ice in a wine glass with soda water. The cassis brings blackcurrant sweetness and the Kirschwasser — a dry cherry eau-de-vie — adds clean fruit without sugar. Topped with soda, it becomes a light, berry-forward spritz.
Ingredients
- 2 oz creme de cassis
- 1 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
- soda water
Instructions
- Pour the creme de cassis and kirsch into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain over 2 ice cubes in a wine glass.
- Add soda water to taste, and serve.
