There's something satisfying about a well-made La Bomba. This island-inspired version uses gold tequila, Cointreau® orange liqueur, and pineapple juice for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz gold tequila
- 3/4 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 oz orange juice
- 2 dashes grenadine syrup
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except grenadine) with ice 3 times.
- Pour into sugar rimmed cocktail glass.
- Add grenadine and garnish with a lime wheel.
