La Bomba

There's something satisfying about a well-made La Bomba. This island-inspired version uses gold tequila, Cointreau® orange liqueur, and pineapple juice for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz gold tequila
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz orange juice
  • 2 dashes grenadine syrup

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except grenadine) with ice 3 times.
  2. Pour into sugar rimmed cocktail glass.
  3. Add grenadine and garnish with a lime wheel.

Serve In
