A great recipe for Lemon Flip made with egg, sugar syrup and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
2 tsp sugar syrup
4 cl lemon juice
Method:
Add egg yolk, sugar syrup and lemon juice over several ice cubes in a shaker. Shake very well and strain into a highball glass. Add a straw, and serve.
