Ingredients
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 1 whole egg
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 6 oz apple cider
Instructions
- Pour the lemon juice, egg and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass half-filled with ice cubes.
- Top with apple cider, stir well, and serve.
