Lemon Sherbert Punch

Ginger ale, frozen pink lemonade concentrate, sherbet, and frozen fruit — a large-batch punch where the sherbet creates a creamy, frothy top layer as it slowly melts. The pink lemonade concentrate provides both color and tangy sweetness. A party punch that’s as pretty as it is easy.

Ingredients

  • 2 liters ginger ale
  • 1 can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1 gal sherbet
  • frozen fruit
  • cold water

Instructions

  1. Mix lemonade concentrate in a very large punch bowl.
  2. Add soda and frozen fruit.
  3. Open sherbet and dump the entire package of it into the punch (it will float on the top).
  4. Due to the frozen fruit and sherbet, there is really no need for ice until later, or unless it it very hot.

Serve In
