Limeade

Fresh lime juice, sugar, and soda water — limeade in its purest form. Where lemonade is forgiving, limeade is sharper and more assertive, with lime’s floral bitterness adding complexity. Garnished with lime peel for extra aromatic oils. A summer essential.
