A non-alcoholic take on the crusta cocktail format — lime juice, sugar syrup, raspberry syrup, grenadine, and soda water. Crustas are defined by their sugar-crusted glass rim, and this one keeps that presentation while replacing the brandy with sparkling soda. All the visual drama, none of the alcohol.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 oz sugar syrup
- 1/2 oz raspberry syrup
- 1/4 oz grenadine syrup
- 3 oz soda water
Instructions
- Rim a wine glass with lime/caster sugar, add a spiral of lime, and fill with crushed ice.
- Stir lime juice and syrups together, and strain into the glass.
