A great recipe for Liquid Nitrogen made with sambuca and ouzo anise liqueur.
Ingredients:
1 shot sambuca
1 shot ouzo anise liqueur
Method:
Pour sambuca and ouzo over four ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Stir if desired, and serve.
