There's something satisfying about a well-made Lizbuth. This island-inspired version uses light rum, amaretto almond liqueur, and coconut cream for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz half-and-half
Instructions
- Pour the rum, amaretto, coconut cream, pineapple juice and half-and-half into a blender with 6 ice cubes.
- Blend well and pour into a collins glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
