Lizbuth

There's something satisfying about a well-made Lizbuth. This island-inspired version uses light rum, amaretto almond liqueur, and coconut cream for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  • 1/2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz half-and-half

Instructions

  1. Pour the rum, amaretto, coconut cream, pineapple juice and half-and-half into a blender with 6 ice cubes.
  2. Blend well and pour into a collins glass.
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve In
