A rich and sweet drink built on smooth rum, the Melon Spritz blends 1 oz spiced rum, 1/4 oz melon liqueur and 4 oz pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 1 oz spiced rum
- 1/4 oz melon liqueur
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz club soda
Instructions
- Pour the spiced rum, melon liqueur and pineapple juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
- Stir well.
- Top with soda, stir again gently, and serve.
