The Midnight Sun is a tangy cocktails made with 2 oz Finlandia® vodka, 1 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur and 1 oz apricot brandy.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Finlandia® vodka
- 1 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 1 oz apricot brandy
- 1 oz grenadine syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
Instructions
- Pour the vodka, Cointreau, apricot brandy, grenadine and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a champagne saucer or small wine glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
