Gin in a Collins glass with a separate shaker of grenadine, sugar, and sour mix strained over it, topped with club soda. The grenadine-sweetened sour mix creates a pink, tart layer over the gin, and the soda gives it lift. A dressed-up gin fizz with a rosy twist.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 3 oz sweet and sour mix
- 1 oz club soda
- 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Pour the gin into a collins glass 3/4 filled with ice cubes.
- Combine the grenadine, sugar and sour mix in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into the collins glass.
- Add club soda, stir gently, and serve.
