Mint Highball

Aromatic and Easy to prepare, the Mint Highball features 2 oz green creme de menthe and 4 oz ginger ale.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz green creme de menthe
  • 4 oz ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Pour both ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
