Emerald Cocktail #3

The Emerald Cocktail #3 works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — crisp with a minty edge flavors and done in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 tsp green creme de menthe
  • 3 dashes bitters

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a green maraschino cherry, and serve.

Serve In
