Moi?

The magic of the Moi? is how dry vermouth, gin, and creme de cassis play off each other — the result is aromatic and complex and genuinely enjoyable.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/2 oz gin
  • 2 tsp creme de cassis
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 4 oz tonic water

Instructions

  1. Pour the vermouth, gin, creme de cassis and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well.
  2. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes, and top with tonic water.
  3. Stir well, garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.
