Mozart Cocktail

The Mozart Cocktail is a citrus-forward cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz anejo rum, 1/2 oz sweet vermouth and 1 tsp triple sec.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz anejo rum
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 tsp triple sec
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

  1. Pour the anejo rum, sweet vermouth, triple sec and orange bitters into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
