Mudskipper

The Mudskipper is a sweet cocktails made with 1 oz dry gin, 10 oz ginger ale and 1 splash chocolate syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz dry gin
  • 10 oz ginger ale
  • 1 splash chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour gin and ginger ale over ice in a collins glass.
  2. Add chocolate syrup and let settle in the bottom.
  3. Stir very lightly.
  4. Drink should appear dark brown on the bottom and gradate to clear on top.

Serve In
