A refreshingly tart drink built on smooth rum, the Muskmelon blends 1 1/4 oz dark rum, 1/4 cup cantaloupe melon pieces and 1/2 oz lime juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz dark rum
- 1/4 cup cantaloupe melon pieces
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz orange juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Combine the dark rum, pieces of cantaloupe melon, lime juice, orange juice and sugar with 1/3 cup of crushed ice in a blender.
- Blend well until smooth.
- Pour into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a piece of cantaloupe, and serve.
