There's something satisfying about a well-made Ohio. This bubbly version uses rosso vermouth, Canadian whisky, and triple sec for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz rosso vermouth
- 3/4 oz Canadian whisky
- 1 dash triple sec
- 1 dash Angostura® bitters
- 2 oz Champagne
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients (except champagne) in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
- Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve.
