A luscious recipe for Ojen Cocktail made with ojen anise liqueur, Peychaud® bitters, sugar and water.
Ingredients:
2 oz ojen anise liqueur
1 dash Peychaud® bitters
1 tsp sugar
1/2 oz water
Method:
Pour the ojen, peychaud bitters, sugar and water into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
