The Olive in an Olive is a citrus-forward cocktails made with 1 1/2 oz gold tequila, 1 1/2 oz rosso vermouth and 1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz gold tequila
- 1 1/2 oz rosso vermouth
- 1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1 green olive
Instructions
- Pour equal parts tequila and sweet vermouth into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the curacao, and shake.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and drop in an olive.
