  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 dash creme de violette
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Pour the gin, violet liqueur and egg white into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
