Eagle Cocktail

A tantalizing recipe for Eagle Cocktail made with gin, creme de violette, lemon juice, sugar and egg.

1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz creme de violette
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain into a wine glass, and serve.

Serve in:
White Wine Glass
