Bold and Medium to prepare, the Parrot Cocktail features 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse®, 1 oz dry vermouth and 1 oz apricot brandy.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz apricot brandy
- 1 tsp anisette
Instructions
- Stir and strain into a wine glass filled with broken ice.
- Garnish with red, green and yellow cherries on a stick.
