Dessert-like and Advanced to prepare, the Passion Cocktail features 1 1/2 oz coconut rum, 1 1/2 oz white rum and 6 oz cold sweet and sour mix.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 6 oz cold sweet and sour mix
- 6 oz cold pineapple juice
- 1 splash cold Sprite® soda
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Add the coconut rum, white rum and sugar to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a collins glass.
- Fill with equal amounts of sour mix and pineapple juice, pre-chilled.
- Top with Sprite, and serve.
