A delectable recipe for Cosmos made with light rum, lime juice, superfine sugar and crushed ice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tsp superfine sugar
  • crushed ice

Instructions

  1. In a shaker half-filled with crushed ice, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve In
