Zesty and Advanced to prepare, the Loftus Special features 1 1/2 oz overproof rum, 1 1/2 oz dark rum and 3/4 oz white rum.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz overproof rum
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 3/4 oz white rum
- 3/4 oz apricot brandy
- 3/4 oz cherry heering
- 1/4 oz sugar syrup
- 2 – 3 dashes grenadine syrup
- 1 1/2 oz lime juice
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except lime juice) well over crushed ice in a shaker.
- Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, add lime juice, and serve.
