Peggy Martini

This velvety recipe combines 3 oz gin, 1/2 oz sweet vermouth and 1/2 tsp Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 tsp Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
  • 1/2 tsp Pernod® licorice liqueur

Instructions

  1. Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
