The Pendennis is a spirit-forward cocktails made with 1/2 tsp superfine sugar and 2 oz bourbon whiskey.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar in a few drops of water, in an old-fashioned glass.
- Almost fill the glass with crushed ice, add the bourbon and stir well.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.
