Peppermint Park

A luscious recipe for Peppermint Park made with gin, lemon juice and Champagne.

2 oz gin
1 oz sweetened lemon juice
4 – 6 oz Champagne

Pour the gin and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a large champagne flute. Top with champagne, add a straw, and serve.

Serve in:
Champagne Flute
