Peppermint Park

A bright and citrusy drink featuring botanical gin, the Peppermint Park blends 2 oz gin, 1 oz sweetened lemon juice and 4 – 6 oz Champagne.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz sweetened lemon juice
  • 4 – 6 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. Pour the gin and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, and strain into a large champagne flute.
  3. Top with champagne, add a straw, and serve.
