A bright and citrusy drink featuring botanical gin, the Peppermint Park blends 2 oz gin, 1 oz sweetened lemon juice and 4 – 6 oz Champagne.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz sweetened lemon juice
- 4 – 6 oz Champagne
Instructions
- Pour the gin and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a large champagne flute.
- Top with champagne, add a straw, and serve.
