A luscious recipe for Pina Colada Royal made with white rum, coconut rum, pineapples and vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
3 oz white rum
2 oz coconut rum
3 oz crushed pineapples
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Method:
Place the rums, crushed pineapple and ice cream in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice. Blend until frozen; add more ice if required. Pour into a parfait glass, and serve.
