This indulgent recipe combines 4 oz Malibu® coconut rum, 3 tbsp crushed pineapples and 3 tbsp Pepe Lopez® cream of coconut into a Medium-to-make drink.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Malibu® coconut rum
- 3 tbsp crushed pineapples
- 3 tbsp Pepe Lopez® cream of coconut
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Crush your ice into a blender.
- Add the Malibu, crushed pineapple, and coconut as above.
- Blend until smooth, pour into a pina-colada glass, and serve.
