A refreshingly tart drink built on smooth rum, the Polar Bear Cooler blends 2 oz dark rum, 1 oz Punt e Mes red vermouth and 1 oz lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz Punt e Mes red vermouth
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz orange juice
- 3 1/2 oz cold 7-Up® soda
Instructions
- Pour into a collins glass filled with broken ice and add a spiral of lemon.
- Garnish with an orange wedge and cherry.
- Serve with straws.
