The Pomegranate Polecat is a sweet cocktails made with 1 1/3 oz white rum, 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur and 1/2 oz sweet sherry.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/2 oz sweet sherry
- 1 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 tsp caster sugar
Instructions
Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass three-quarters filled with broken ice.
