A refreshingly tart drink with a clean vodka base, the Pompanski blends 1 oz Polish vodka, 1/2 oz dry vermouth and 1 tsp triple sec.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Polish vodka
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 tsp triple sec
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice

Instructions

  1. Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Garnish with a slice of orange and serve with a short straw.
