A bright and citrusy drink built on smooth rum, the Punch a la Washington Hotel blends 1 oz dark rum, 1 oz white rum and 1/4 oz passion-fruit syrup.
Ingredients
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz white rum
- 1/4 oz passion-fruit syrup
- 2 3/4 oz passion-fruit juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
Instructions
Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice.
