Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1/2 oz passion-fruit syrup
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp orgeat syrup
Instructions
- Pour the dark rum, passion-fruit syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple stick, and serve.
