A rich and sweet drink built on smooth rum, the Quilt Lifter blends 1 oz white rum, 1/2 oz dry sherry and 1/2 oz creme de bananes.
Ingredients
- 1 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz dry sherry
- 1/2 oz creme de bananes
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz passion-fruit juice
Instructions
- Shake briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a double-cocktail glass.
- Garnish with fruit, and serve.
