A delectable recipe for Smooth Pineapple Daiquiri made with pineapples, light rum, limeade, vanilla ice cream and ice.
Ingredients
- 8 slices canned pineapples
- 6 oz light rum
- 6 oz can frozen limeade
- 2/3 cup vanilla ice cream
- ice
Instructions
- Combine limeade and rum in a blender.
- Add pineapple and ice cream.
- Blend well.
- With the blender running, add a few pieces of ice.
- Continue adding ice until the mixture is smooth and thick and the blender is nearly full.
- Serves 4.
