Zesty and Medium to prepare, the Soviet features 1 1/2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz Amontillado® dry sherry and 1/2 oz dry vermouth.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz Amontillado® dry sherry
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1 twist lemon peel
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.
- Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
