A bright and citrusy drink built on smooth rum, the Stratocaster blends 1 oz dark rum, 1 oz creme de cassis and 1 tsp lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz creme de cassis
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 oz lemonade
  • 1 oz soda water

Instructions

  1. Pour into a wine goblet filled with broken ice.
  2. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry, add a short straw, and serve.
