Ti-Punch

Zesty and Easy to prepare, the Ti-Punch features 2 oz white rum, 1 oz sugar syrup and 1 fresh lime.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz sugar syrup
  • 1 fresh lime

Instructions

  1. Wash a lime, remove top and bottom, and thinly slice into half rings.
  2. Add lime pieces to glass and crush with the flat end of a barspoon.
  3. Add rum and sugar syrup, top with broken ice, and muddle together.
  4. Add a short straw, and serve.

Serve In
