The Tropical Champagne is a citrus-forward cocktails made with 3/4 oz dark rum, 3/4 oz orange juice and 2 – 3 dashes passion-fruit syrup.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz dark rum
- 3/4 oz orange juice
- 2 – 3 dashes passion-fruit syrup
- 2 – 3 dashes lemon juice
- 4 oz Champagne
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients (except champagne) well over ice cubes in a shaker.
- Strain into a champagne flute, carefully fill with champagne, and serve.
