Tropical Champagne

The Tropical Champagne is a citrus-forward cocktails made with 3/4 oz dark rum, 3/4 oz orange juice and 2 – 3 dashes passion-fruit syrup.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz dark rum
  • 3/4 oz orange juice
  • 2 – 3 dashes passion-fruit syrup
  • 2 – 3 dashes lemon juice
  • 4 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients (except champagne) well over ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. Strain into a champagne flute, carefully fill with champagne, and serve.
