Vermouth Cassis Tall

A tantalizing recipe for Vermouth Cassis Tall made with dry vermouth, creme de cassis and club soda.

Ingredients:
2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz creme de cassis
4 oz club soda

Method:
Pour the vermouth and creme de cassis into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda, and stir well. Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.

Serve in:
Highball Glass
