The Virgin Bellini mimics the famous Venetian cocktail — peach juice, grenadine, and soda water replacing the original’s Prosecco and peach purée. Harry’s Bar in Venice created the original Bellini in 1948, and this non-alcoholic version captures the same peach-and-bubbles spirit. The grenadine adds a blush-pink tint.
Ingredients
- 2 oz peach juice
- 1 tsp grenadine syrup
- 2 oz soda water
Instructions
Pour into a wine glass, and serve.
