Vodka “7”

The Vodka “7” is a no-frills highball — vodka, fresh lime juice, and lemon-lime soda over ice in a tall glass. The name comes from 7-Up, the lemon-lime soda traditionally used, though Sprite works just as well. It’s a close cousin of the Vodka Lime Soda, with the soda providing both sweetness and fizz. Garnished with a lime wedge, it’s one of those drinks that’s ordered more than it’s talked about — a reliable, refreshing default that works in any setting.

A bright and citrusy drink with a clean vodka base, the Vodka "7" blends 2 oz vodka, juice of 1/2 limes and lemon-lime soda.
