Crisp and Advanced to prepare, the Whiskey Cobbler features 2 fresh pineapple wedges, 2 oranges and 2 lemon wedges.
Ingredients
- 2 fresh pineapple wedges
- 2 oranges
- 2 lemon wedges
- 3/4 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
- 2 oz whiskey
- 1 oz water
Instructions
- Muddle a skinless pineapple wedge, one slice of orange and one wedge of lemon with orange curacao and water in the bottom of a bar glass.
- Add whiskey and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with remaining fruit, and serve.
