Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 egg white
- 1 oz light cream
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
