Scotch Flip

This velvety recipe combines 2 oz Scotch whisky, 1 egg and 1 tsp superfine sugar into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Scotch whisky
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp superfine sugar
  • 1/2 oz light cream
  • 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, egg, sugar, and cream.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
