Knickerbocker Martini

The Knickerbocker Martini is a citrus-forward cocktails made with 2 dashes orange bitters, 1 dash Orange Curacao liqueur and 1 oz French vermouth.

Ingredients

  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 dash Orange Curacao liqueur
  • 1 oz French vermouth
  • 2 oz gin

Instructions

  1. Pour into a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir well.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.

Serve In
